TSB Service Center, Inc.

TSB Service Center, Inc. was established in 1981 as a Filipino-owned corporation and is duly registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Initially located in Pasay City, the company began with 13 employees, growing steadily over the years to encompass multiple branches. The Las Piñas branch was established in 1989, offering improved service to clients in the area.

Initially operating from a rented apartment, the Las Piñas branch eventually settled in a permanent location in Veraville Classic Homes. With an eye toward reducing expenses, the company invested in a lot in Parañaque in 1997, eventually constructing an office on the property. Despite initial financial challenges, the founder successfully paid off the associated loan within a remarkably short period.
